The NCLE board has decided to maintain the Wix website for general communication with the community as most neighbors are familiar with this community portal. However, the NCLE HOA has migrated to the Vantaca and is now our portal for official NCLE business managed by HOA Community Solutions (HOACS) for information about HOA documents, ACC submissions, CCR information, gate remote details, news, and more. Additionally, some NCLE residents communicate through NCLE FaceBook messenger groups, but the NCLE HOA is not responsible for adding members nor its content.

NCLE Community Events – Volunteers Needed

Part of maintaining our community spirit is the annual events that the NCLE community has come to enjoy, supported by the NCLE Board but lead and organized by volunteers. These events include:

• Children’s Easter Egg Hunt - Typically Saturday of Easter weekend (April 19, 2025)

• Community Garage Sale – First or second Saturday of June.

• Community BBQ – Second or third weekend of August.

• Family Film Night – Late summer on a Friday or Saturday
